First steps
Welcome to Stellar Card! Here’s a quick guide to help you get up and running after activating your account.
Step 1: Add funds
All funds are stored in a main balance, which is used for all spending. To control spending, you can set limits on individual cards or users (more details below).
We've already issued your wallet — now you just need to top up it. Simply click the "Add funds" button to get started.
The initial minimum deposit must be at least $500. For subsequent deposits, the minimum is $1,500.
Funds typically arrive within seconds. Once they're in your balance, you can immediately issue cards and access all platform features. We'll send you some helpful starter tips to get you going.
Step 2: Creating first cards

With funds in your account, you can now issue your first cards. The card is created in a few simple steps. No need to top up separately — just set a limit to manage expenses.
At the start, you have 50 cards available, then you can expand the limit by request in the chat.
You can learn more about card statuses and actions here.
Step 3: Explore the "Transactions"

All your account transactions are displayed here in a list view. Transaction descriptions come directly from merchants (like Facebook, Google, etc.). Since this information comes from the merchants themselves, we display it exactly as received.
You can also download transaction exports — learn more about exports and transaction statuses here.
Most of our BINs support automatic 3DS, so transactions are confirmed automatically — no need to enter an OTP code.
We primarily support Facebook and Google, but many other services work as well. You can find the full list of supported merchants here.
Step 4: Invite team members

When inviting team members, you must assign them one of these three roles (more details):
Admin — full access, including the overall balance;
Employee — limited to their own cards and transactions;
Finance — can add funds, view transactions, and download statements, but cannot issue cards or manage users.
You can set daily, weekly, monthly, or lifetime spending limits for both users and cards. Without set limits, spending is unrestricted. Note that user limits are only available on Pro and Private plans.
