About the “Settings”

Settings are divided into two types: personal and company settings. Access to each section depends on your role in the team. You can find a list of roles and permissions here.

Company Settings

  • Company Profile — here you can add your company logo. If you need to change the name, write to the Telegram chat;

  • Billing — contains all information about your subscription: active plan, its terms and conditions, payment history and debit dates;

  • Available plans — a table comparing all available subscription options for easy selection and switching to a new plan after agreement with us;

  • Bins (BIN) — displays all BIN's and their parameters available to your company. For detailed information, click any BIN card;

  • API token — you need a Stellar Card API token to work with your internal systems. In this section you can create a new token (maximum 5), copy an active token or revoke an unused one.

  • Available countries — list of GEOs allowed for payments

  • Available currencies — list of currencies allowed for payments

  • Available merchants — list of services with successful transaction statistics

Transactions with countries and currencies not included in the list of available ones are prohibited and will be declined.

We also cannot guarantee the approval of transactions from merchants not included in the list of available ones.

Personal Settings

You can modify your personal details whenever you need

My profile

  1. Personal information

    • First and last name — shown to you and your colleagues;

    • Email — used to log in and receive statements;

    • Profile image — shown to you and your colleagues.

  2. Interface and personalization

    • Language — you can choose Russian, Ukrainian, or English;

    • Time zone — affects the display of dates and times in transactions;

    • Theme — light, dark or as in the operating system.

When employees use different time zones, expense totals for the same dates may differ because the system displays transactions according to each user's local time.

Security

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) — additional account security linked through an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator). This section displays your remaining recovery codes, which are single-use for when you can't access your authenticator app;

  • Password — can be changed at any time;

  • Sessions — you can log out of all devices or check where you have logged in.
